Privacy Notice: your personal information and patient health information entered in the Clozaril® Patient Monitoring System database (CPMS) will be collected and held by Viatris Pty Ltd (Viatris) on local and overseas servers and will be accessed, used, and disclosed by Viatris and its contracted service providers for the purposes of operating the CPMS (including monitoring patient blood counts) and responding to reports of adverse events experienced by patients.
